Horsing around

The three horses in the second picture, they wanted a portrait taken. They came right up and posed. Being a suburban kind of gal, I was a little timid to get right up there for a close-up. After some urging from my husband (assurance they will not bite, they have big teeth, ya know), I moved in a little closer.

The kites were amazing, but my favorite thing about the festival was this cute couple enjoying hotdogs.
